Confirming a lot of what we previously assumed: Ubisoft’s next Assassin’s Creed game is coming in 2020, and it’s all about Vikings. They have finally officially announced there new game Assassin’s creed Valhalla. Players will clash with the Saxons as the Norse warriors As the leader of a Viking clan, to settle in England.

When is Assassin’s Creed Valhalla going to Release?

If you already have watched the trailer, it’s only cinematic, of the game only, that said we don’t get to watch any real gameplay, same as the first-look gameplay trailer where we barely get to watch anything in the game, honestly, it was a teaser, and teasers are built to tease you, but you can watch in a few moments a knee to the head, and an ax being thrown, of running, some tackling, alongside some more cinematic visuals.
About the Protagonist
As for the protagonist, players will be playing as Eivor the leader of the chief, though we don’t get to watch it in the gameplay, but players can choose there specific Eivor from which they want to play. The player can choose between both male and female character, here you can see the female Eivor in figurine form, that comes with the price of 200 USD in the physical collector edition. We don’t have any information if both of the characters will have a different storyline.
Valhalla set from Where and When
At the beginning of the year 873, Valhalla takes place in the ninth century of England, which might be more slightly more hospitable as the protagonist has left Norway behind in hopes of starting a new life in England but search for the new territory is not going to be easy. Eivor still needs to deal with all of the Saxons who aren’t happy with Eivor’s and other Viking presence in their territory.
Vikings armies invaded and conquered much of England between 860 and 900 AD, as per the real history goes, but Viking always attacking with small raids on England decades before the full assault in which the finally able to conquer England.
The Great of Wessex, a real figure, King Alfred is in the Valhalla trailer above sending his soldiers out to battle the Vikings, as he was one of the few English rulers to successfully beat the Norse armies and manage to push them back.
Is Valhalla going to be like an RPG the same as Odyessy?
Just like there amazing success in Assassin’s Creed Odyessy, the same mechanics are going to apply on Assassin’s creed Valhalla same as the branching dialogue and the choices decides the course of the storyline which will affect the ending as well in which the protagonist going to end up with. It was a great change in the series, which is going to continue in the next series. Ubisoft says “Advanced RPG mechanics allow you to shape the growth of your character and influence the world around you.”
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is launching a week early
If you are following Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S announcements, you probably love to know that Assassin Creed Valhalla going to have a new release date which was originally due out on November 17, Ubisoft has pushed the date forward to November 10 to coincide with the launch of the new consoles. It will appear on PC, PlayStation 4, and Stadia on the same day.
