Have you ever seen the life of an IIT aspirant? What do they go through? JEE ADVANCE is considered one of the toughest exams in India and holds dignity in society. For that, college students start preparing for it from a very early age leaving their childhood far behind. Some gains require you to take the pain, and one such challenge is this exam.
KOTA is a place in Rajasthan known for IIT preparation from earlier times. To show the gravity of the situation, Raghav Subbu directed a series called Kota Factory. The name suggests that the story of manufacturing IITian featuring all new and young faces. This also inspires people that are trying to appear for the exam in current times. The cast is:

It premiered last year at a time frame dwelling between JEE Mains and JEE Advance on 16 April – 14 May 2019 on TVF, easily watchable through YouTube without any extra charges. Wrapping up the whole story in 5 episodes, it gained a lot of popularity among youngsters, and the people were able to relate with it, whether an achiever or a failed struggler.
Recap of Season 1
The story starts with opening curtains in Kota, where Vaibhav and his Father search the best IIT preparation institute. Vaibhav finds out that Meena is in the same institute who later becomes friends, studying in the hostel. During the initial times, Vaibhav takes time to adjust to this study environment, but with Meena and Uday, it all becomes easier. As the show accelerates, the struggle is beautifully portrayed as they try hard, do assignments, and still scoreless marks in internal tests.
In episode 3, Vartika makes her entry, which making Vaibhav hypnotized. He wanted to get close to her at whatever cost, and later on, they start studying together to get into a better institution, which the boy clears, and the girl couldn’t. Season 2 will take up a different scenario for here on.
When can we expect Season 2 of Kota Factory?
Due to the rapid increase in the pandemic, which affected almost everything, this series was also touched by the delays. There is nothing to worry as we can expect season 2 to air in the second half of 2021, or may hardly stretch to 2022. But still, there is no official announcement; hence hold your breath tight as the production may want to surprise you. Stay tuned for more information.
