Samsung Launching Galaxy M31 Prime in India

Samsung, the Korean tech giant, is holding its own against the competitors in the Smartphone Market of India. As such, they are back with another amazing Smartphone from their Galaxy series, Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime, which also comes with Amazon Prime for 3-months complimentary. The first sale of the Galaxy M31 Prime will start on the day of Amazon’s Great India Festival, with Prime members getting access to the sale one day early. It’s a  “special edition smartphone jointly developed with Amazon India for consumers on this festive season.” It comes with some Amazon ecosystem apps pre-installed, as well.

The Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime has a single variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage configuration for Rs. 16,499 in India. But the Smartphone comes in 3 color variants of Ocean Blue, Space Black, and a new color called Iceberg Blue to choose from. It will be sold via Samsung.com and select retail stores. The phone will go on sale starting October 17 for regular Amazon shoppers, and Amazon Prime subscribers will get access to the sale on October 16 with; on all prepaid payments, all the Prime members will also get Rs. 1,000 Amazon Pay cashback on October 16. During Amazon Great Indian Festival, an additional 10 percent instant cashback on HDFC credit and debit cards will also be available for Customers.

Specification for Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime

The Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime holds the same specifications as the original Galaxy M31. It features a 6.4-inch 1080 pixel full-HD with an Infinity-U Display. Samsung Galaxy M31 Prime comes with 128GB of onboard storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 512GB) and runs Android 10 out of the box with One UI 2.1 on top.

With a 15W fast charging supply, the Smartphone is backed by a massive 6,000mAh battery that powers an octa-core Exynos 9611 processor, coupled with 6GB of RAM for the smooth performance. When it comes to the camera, Samsung doesn’t know how to hold back. They offer a quad rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary, a 5-megapixel tertiary sensor, and a 5-megapixel quaternary sensor. As for the front camera, you get a 32-megapixel selfie shooter housed inside a small notch to improve your selfie game and reduce disturbance as much as possible while using your Smartphone.

There is a pre-installed folder that contains Amazon Shopping, Amazon Prime Music, Audible, Kindle apps, and Amazon Prime Video as the Smartphone developed in partnership with Amazon. The smartphone will also feature a swiping right on the home screen, which gives you quick access to Amazon shopping. It also shows updates on new and trending items on Amazon on the lock screen.
