Mega pop sensation Justin Bieber has made headlines with his return to YouTube for another original series, ‘Justin Bieber: Next chapter,’ which was announced by the social media platform yesterday, on October 30, 2020. The 30-minute special documentary by the singer is an attempt to chronicle his personal life amid the Covid19 pandemic with his ongoing struggle in order to deal with the situation as well as his personal growth during the quarantine.
This new documentary is a follow-up to the previous released, ‘Justin Bieber: Seasons’, which was aired on YouTube back in January of 2020. This first installment had a total of 10 episodes that gained just over 32 million views within the first week of its release. Reports suggest that Michael D. Ratner will be returning to continue to direct this YouTube Special. Based on the launched teaser trailer, it is expected to see Justin get candid on his faith and success in the midst of the lockdown. The news about the release of the Canadian singer has had been a hotly debated topic for the past few days. The announcement was shared by himself on his Instagram account.
Besides this, Bieber was also making the heads turned with his recent confessions about his wife, Hailey Bieber, as he discusses his concern for his married life. In this new documentary, Justin admits that his relationship with wife Hailey had flourished during their alone time together in the lockdown. This very confession is considered as a highlighted and an unavoidable part of this upcoming documentary series.
The first installment of the series ‘Justin Bieber: Seasons’ offered an intimate look into the artist’s life, whose career was launched to fame off the YouTube platform more than a decade ago. In this season, he was seen to open up about his mental health, his marriage to Hailey Baldwin, and also invited the fans into his sessions in the recording studio. The series follows Bieber after a four-year hiatus from recording, as he made his fifth album, titled ‘Changes.’ This was a fresh start for the singer to return to make new music after a gap of 4 long years. The documentary also includes never-seen-before footage of his wedding to his wife, Hailey Bieber, along with his day-to-day life with the people that are close to him in his inner circle.
Unlike ‘Justin Bieber: New chapter,’ the first installment’s each streamed episode was 1o minutes long in a bite-sized form for the audience. In an era of lengthy documentaries, this was a refreshing Anatoly, which was highly praised by fans. Therefore, it is going to be interesting to see how well this new chapter of the documentary performs for the viewers, as Bieber’s fans, all around the world, appear to be very excited by the release and are really looking forward to watching it. Similar to its first season, it is also going to be available to the audience for streaming on YouTube, free of cost.
