Kenja no Mago is an anime based upon a light novel known as ‘Wise Man’s Grandchild.’ The novel is written and illustrated by Tsuyoshi Yoshioka and Shunsuke Ogata, respectively. In 2016 this manga novel “Kenja no Mago” was released in the market. After seeing the popularity, love, and response among readers. It was decided to make an animated series that had the premiere of its first season with twelve episodes on April 10, 2019, and ended on June 26, 2019.

This storyline is a tremendous one in which a man dies and is reborn in another world as a child. He gets a new identity in the new world as Shin. Only witchcraft and magic are known to people globally, which sets up an epic story for us to follow. Sincerely, I do wish it a release soon.

The novel has nine volumes and the first season had only twelve episodes; it is not possible to cover all the volume, so it’s not irrelevant to expect a second season. Season 1 has adapted volumes 1-3. That means novel volume 4 continues with season 2. The Plot of Kenja no Mago Season 2

The story is about a salaryman who dies in a car accident, and He is reborn in a completely different and new world. He gets another life in the form of a child. Merlin Wolford took him in, and he raised him as his own grandson; he called him with the name Shin. His new word is where witchcraft, demons, and magic prevails, unlike his previous life as a normal salaryman.

Well, He still retains his previous life memories. Merlin teaches his grandson all the magic and martial arts known by him. When Shin turns fifteen, Merlin realizes that Shin has never interacted with the outside world and lacks common sense. Later merlin enrolls Shin to Kingdom Earlshide’s Magic Academy to be familiar with outside words and interact with them. There he was, the hero as everyone knew his so-called grandfather Merlin, a hero of the kingdom.

For the second installment, we do not have much information about the anime television series. However, the First part covered Shin’s birth and the all-new magic world where he goes to an academy, and anime covered the magical beach volleyball scene. Well, the manga is not yet completed. It consists of additional chapters that we hope can get covered for the second installment.
