Ahsoka, a brand new show from Star Wars, is finally out for the audience to watch. This is the latest series coming from the franchise, and a dearly loved character might take centerstage this time.
Ahsoka Tano was first seen by the viewers in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, the animated series.
In this, she was a Jedi Padawan whose mentor was Anakin Skywalker. This was before Anakin became the villain, the evil Darth Vader.
Seven seasons after this, Ahsoka was seen as an adult in The Book of Boba Fett and The Mandalorian.
The audience got some moments to see what she was now after the Clone Wars, but many were eager to know what the bond she shared with Anakin as she’s now in her adulthood.
Dedicated fans of the Star Wars franchise know that Hayden Christensen played the role of Ahsoka in the Star Wars film prequel trilogy. Hayden also appeared in Obi-Wan Kenobi.
But, as Ahsoka follows the character of what became of this titular character, people have begun to wonder if Anakin and Hayden will be seen in the show or not. For the fans, luckily, two major hints were dropped in the TV premiere of Ahsoka.
Is Anakin Skywalker Hayden Christensen’s character in Ahsoka?
As Disney hasn’t confirmed whether Hayden Christensen will return as Anakin Skywalker in the new series, there are some hints provided regarding his appearance.
The first hint about Hayden’s and Anakin’s reappearance comes from the teaser trailer that was released in mid-August.
The clip shows Ahsoka’s journey in the series. Also, the fans heard Anakin giving an inspirational speech to his ex-student.
He told his student that in this way, she’d face more enemies than just droids, and him being the master, it was his responsibility to prepare her.
He said that he’ll always be there to look out for her, and she needs to trust her instincts. The master further added that he knows that Ahsoka can do this.
Since Obi-Wan Kenobi is the first time hearing Anakin, it is still hard to decide if the character will reappear in Ahsoka as Darth Vader or himself.
It is unlikely that he will come as his Dark Side as The Book of Boba Fett confirmed the same. In this, we saw adult Ahsoka communicating after the fall of the Empire with Luke Skywalker.

Disney also hinted at Anakin and Ahsoka’s reunion in an upcoming special by Disney+.
As per the reports from ComicBook.com, a show by the name of Master and Apprentice: A Special Look at Ahsoka will be released on September 15 on the streaming platform.
This will give us a peek at the relationship shared by this duo.
The special, which will show the behind-the-scenes look, will drop after the release of the fifth episode of Ahsoka. The episode will be released on September 15.
As it is coming after the fifth episode, it is reasonable to think that Anakin will be seen on screen before we glimpse the series’s filming.
If the special announcement and the voiceover are to be believed, we may get to see Anakin and Ahsoka together on screen. And, if that’s the scenario, then we are waiting until we get to witness the same.
