On Sunday evening, MrBeast was the major winner during the 2023 Streamy Awards.
MrBeast (actual name Jimmy Donaldson) won 2 of the five prizes he had been nominated for, including the Creator of the Year, along with a partnership for his rock, paper, scissors video starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, “Surprised he didn’t choose rock every time.”
Dylan Mulvaney was named Breakout Creator.
“I’m truly astonished because it seemed like the only award I’d ever receive was maybe a Tony Award, although now I’m a musical theatre gal with a Streamy,” the social media sensation said as she accepted her prize at LA’s Fairmont Century Plaza Resort.
Mulvaney went trending after being chastised by conservative media for supporting Bud Light.
“532 days prior, I made a coming-out footage that evolved into my ‘Days of Girlhood’ sequence, and every facet of my life has been altered for the better,” she continued. “On the opposite end of the spectrum, there has been a lot of transphobia along with hatred, and I recognize my community struggles with it.”
Mulvaney concluded her statement with a hint to the issue, adding, “I’m going to get a beer, and I love ya.”

Streamy Awards 2023:
MatPat, the internet phenomenon, organized the 2023 Streamy Awards from the Hollywood Palladium on Sunday, 27th August, where winners were honored throughout 45 races.
These awards recognize the top online content artists and businesses in genres such as Creator of the Year, Series of the Year, and Streamer of the Year. The two-hour awards show began at 6:00 p.m. PT till 9:00 p.m. ET and was webcast live.
